RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Once an order is placed, any applicable Contest entries will be automatically and immediately submitted, in accordance with our Contest Rules. For more details, please refer to our Contest Rules.

You may be eligible to exchange an item purchased (“Exchange Item”) if it is new, unused, unworn, and unwashed. We will review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item appears damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory, as determined at our sole discretion.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support at info@ksup403.com.

If your exchange request is approved, you can exchange the Exchange Item for an item of equal value (a “Replacement Item”). Alternatively, you may choose a Replacement Item of greater value and pay the difference. We cannot process exchanges for Replacement Items that would result in a refund to you. All exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

If applicable, Contest entries associated with the Exchange Item will be retained. However, no additional Contest entries will be awarded for exchanging an Exchange Item for a Replacement Item of higher value.

You are responsible for shipping the Exchange Item to us, including any associated shipping costs (and duties and taxes if shipping from the United States), to the following address:

Customers in Canada will not incur shipping costs for Replacement Items. Customers in the United States will be responsible for any duties and taxes related to Replacement Items.
