OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in this Contest and/or submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules (the “Rules”). Your participation implies acceptance of the Sponsor's (defined below) decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
CONTEST SPONSOR
The Contest is sponsored by Ksup403 Ltd. (the “Sponsor”). This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any Prize manufacturer or social media platform such as Meta, Google, or YouTube.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest starts at 12:00:01 p.m. MST on Aug 16, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on January 30, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec) and licensed drivers (an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, or immediate family members of the Sposor, the Prize Provider (defined below), or any of the Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, or promotion partners are not eligible. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants agree to abide by these Rules. Winning a Prize (defined below) is contingent upon meeting all requirements specified in these Rules.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants can enter the Contest by purchasing an Eligible Product (defined below) or by submitting a mail-in entry (each an “Entry,” collectively “Entries”). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Purchase Entry: To enter by purchase, buy an Eligible Product from www.ksup403.com (the “Website”). During the Contest Period, Entrants will automatically receive one (1) Entry for every $1.00 CAD spent on an Eligible Product on the Website. Certain products may not qualify for entries. The number of entries is based on the list price of the Eligible Product, excluding taxes and shipping. If you exchange an Eligible Product before the Contest ends, only the entries from the original purchase will be retained. Purchases must be made and received by the Sponsor by 11:59:59 p.m. MST on January 30, 2025, to qualify for entries.
Mail-In Entry: To enter without making a purchase, submit a handwritten request (“Mail-In Request”) that includes your name, address, city, province, postal code, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Additionally, include a two-page handwritten letter on college-ruled paper, totaling 800 words, explaining why you believe you should win this giveaway to:

Each Mail-In Request will earn fifty (50) Entries. Each request must be mailed individually; bulk submissions are not accepted. Mail-In Requests must be received by January 30, 2025. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected Mail-In Requests. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries generated by automated devices or computer programs will be disqualified. A confirmation email will be sent for valid Mail-In Requests.
Entry Multipliers and Bonus Entries: The Sponsor may announce designated periods during the Contest Period (a “Multiplier Period”) where Entrants can earn additional entries through a multiplier (e.g., 3X entries). The Sponsor may also announce Bonus Periods where Entrants can earn bonus entries.
INVALID ENTRIES
Entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion if they are deemed invalid. The Sponsor is not obligated to notify Entrants of disqualification.
WINNER SELECTION
A winner (the “Winner”) will be selected by random drawing within five (15) days after the Contest Period ends. The Winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of selection and must respond within three (3) days. Failure to respond may result in an alternate Winner being chosen. The Sponsor is not responsible for issues related to email delivery or incorrect contact information.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a Winner for reasons including, but not limited to, inability to contact the Winner, ineligibility, failure to redeem the Prize, or incorrect answers to the Skill-Testing Question for Canadian Winners.
CONTEST PRIZE
The Prize is a 2021 Subaru WRX/STI. The Prize has an approximate retail value of $45,000 CAD. The Prize is subject to availability and the Prize Provider’s terms and conditions. The Sponsor may substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all costs associated with accepting and operating the Prize, including taxes, insurance, and maintenance. The actual Prize may differ from promotional materials. The Winner must pick up the Prize from a designated location within thirty (30) days of notification.
For Canadian Winners, additional requirements include correctly answering a Skill-Testing Question and providing proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance. The Prize redemption process may be recorded for promotional purposes.
ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the number of valid Entries received.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Rules is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
PUBLICITY
By entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your Entry, name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, you release the Sponsor and associated parties from any liability related to the Contest or the Prize, including technical failures or errors.
GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Alberta. Disputes must be resolved exclusively in Alberta courts.
ENTRANT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.ksup403.com/pages/privacy-policy.
WINNERS AND OFFICIAL RULES
The Winner’s name will be posted on www.ksup403.com after verification. These Rules will also be available on the Website throughout the Contest Period.
AMENDMENTS
The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, extend, cancel, or suspend the Contest at any time. The Sponsor is not obligated to conduct a draw if the Contest is cancelled or suspended.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and the Sponsor regarding the Contest and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
